2024 CONFERENCE DETAILS
Thanks for your interest in UpGrade Conference 2024! Here are some conference details to help you plan your trip:
The event is being held at Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta, Decatur Downtown at 130 Clairemont Ave, Decatur, GA 30030.
For reservations, you can reach the hotel at (404) 371-0204 or go online to https://www.marriott.com/en-us/hotel. The room rate for UpGrade participants $179/night (plus taxes/fees). Make sure to mention the UpGrade Conference.
The official language of UpGrade is American Sign Language (ASL). To that end, all program sessions and activities at UpGrade will be delivered in ASL. No English interpretation will be provided.
Attendees should be aware that there will be photographers and videographers present during UpGrade. By attending the event, attendees consent to be photographed/recorded. UpGrade will do its best to honor attendee requests to not be included in the photo/video coverage. Requests to be excluded, where possible, from the photo/video coverage must be made in writing. Requests must be received not less than 10 business days before the event and include a current photo. All requests should be sent to UpGradeInterpreters@gmail.com.
